Wardrobe Challenge- Day 5

I LOVE this outfit. The color, the individual items. EVERYTHING! I wanted to save these pieces towards the last days of the Challenge, but I could not wait any longer.  I needed to feel feminine and sophisticated at church after having a crazy week and a bizarre morning.  Every piece in this outfit channels that sentiment. The Jacket is sooo 1960's Jackie O.  I purchased this at Target over 4 years ago. The black wool skirt is one of my favorite vintage finds from GW. Before this Challenge, I would wear this at least twice a week.  Yes, I love it that much. In fact, this skirt is the reason why I started this challenge! The shoes? From Payless!  I Purchased those in 2007. I searched every Payless store within a 50 mile radius of my house. I HAD to have them! I only wear them out if I will be doing a lot of sitting and not much walking. But, searching for those shoes is nothing compared to my quest for those fine patterned navy blue sheer tights. First of all, navy blue is my favorite color. Next to black, it's the second most populated color in my wardrobe. Second, If you have not guessed it by now, I really like hosiery. Before finding these on that fateful day last month, I had searched every online store, department store, specialty store, discount store for tights like these for over 10 years. Yes, 10 years! I came across this miracle of a find while out shopping with a client. Since I purposely do not bring my wallet with me when I am with clients, I had her buy these for me and deduct the cost out of my fee. It was that serious.

Oh! I almost forgot! I got so caught up in the tights, that I neglected to mention my delicate tulle blouse. Here's a close up of it. The conservative tie neck mixed with the ultra sheer tulle fabric makes me feel so glamorous and a little bad. The camisole shell is a separate piece.
